Fan Operation Precautions
Before each operation, check whether the engine lubricating oil is at the specified level, whether the antifreeze is sufficient, and fill the diesel tank to full capacity.
Turn on the main power switch, twist the key to the start position, turn the red emergency stop button on the remote control clockwise to release it, press the green start switch on the remote control, and press the engine start button after the remote control indicator light turns green.
When starting the engine, push the speed control lever to the lowest position. Let the machine run at idle speed for 3 minutes before operating at full speed.
Then slowly push the speed control lever to the maximum position to start the machine. Note that when the machine starts working, "machine self-vibration" may occur for a very short time due to large starting torque, which is a normal phenomenon. The machine will work stably after reaching the rated speed.
To stop the machine, slowly push the speed control lever to the lowest position to stop the fan. Then press and hold the engine stop button for more than 3 seconds. After the engine stalls, turn off the main power switch of the equipment; otherwise, the battery may be easily discharged.
